The gas storing and mixing device comprises an outer chamber (15) containing a first gas and an inner chamber (17) containing the second gas. A two-way tap (19) comprises a first passage (20'), with an internal end (20a') fixed in the opening of the inner chamber, fitted with controllable sealing means (1') between its internal and external (20'b) ends and a filling channel (3'). A second passage (20) emerging into the outer chamber is fitted with controllable sealing means (1) and a filling channel (3). Two outlet channels are each connected to one end of each tap passage and comprise first and second pressure adjustment means (6,6') with a controllable flow rate selection barrel (7,7') connected to one of the pressure adjusting means. The barrel enables orifices of different dimensions (9,9') to be selected for the outlet channel which discharge into a mixing chamber (10).
