摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a regulating blade with high accuracy, a blade molding die and an injection molding device. SOLUTION: (a) The method is for manufacturing a regulating blade, wherein the regulating blade that has a contact member, made of a thermoplastic elastomer, that is in contact with a developer carrier to control the layer thickness of a developer carried by the developer carrier and has a support member, supporting the contact member by adhering an adhesive face of the contact member in a side opposite to the contact face in the thickness direction of the contact member. The method includes (b) a step of injecting a thermoplastic elastomer into a mold to injection mold the contact member, the mold comprising a first mold, having a contact face molding portion to mold the contact face and a second mold, having an adhesion face molding portion and relatively movable to the first mold, with the first mold and the second mold, overlapped to control the interface between the first mold and the second mold to be placed between the contact face molding portion and the adhesive face molding portion in a direction, from the contact face molding portion to the adhesive face molding portion; and (c) a step of adhering the adhesive face of the injection-molded contact member, to the support member.
