<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing form original plate, in which an image is formed without being developed by alkali after an image-wise exposure with laser beam and excellent fine line reproducibility and high plate wearability are obtained by the practical amount of exposure energy under the condition that favorable developability is maintained, and a lithographic printing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the lithographic printing form original plate, which has a laser beam sensitive polymer layer and in which the image is formed without being developed by alkali, the polymer layer includes a polymeric compound including at least one repeating unit represented by general formula (I), wherein R<SB>1</SB>-R<SB>6</SB>each represent a hydrogen atom or the like, L represents a bivalent connecting group and X represents O, S, N-R or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
