<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station, a mobile station, and a communication method for preventing disabled reception of a down shared channel due to a decoding error of down scheduling information. <P>SOLUTION: The base station is provided with: a transmission means for transmitting scheduling denoting allocation of a wireless resource to each mobile station; an acknowledgement judgment means for judging whether the acknowledgement in response to the scheduling information is notified by the mobile station or not; and a shared channel transmission means for transmitting the shared channel when the acknowledgement judgment means judges that the acknowledgement has been received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
