PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large control tolerance zone indicating approximated curve characteristics in regard to flow rate-generated load characteristics and to reduce variation width of generated load or increase variation width of a flow rate with respect to the variation width of the generated load, in a pressure difference sensible type capacity control valve.

SOLUTION: A pressure receiving plate 26 sensing a pressure difference comprises an elastic material. The pressure receiving plate 26 is elastically deformed in accordance with increase in the pressure difference so as to reduce an effective pressure receiving area.
