PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving assemblability without degrading pressure resistance even when tubes are arranged in a plurality of lines with respect to an airflow direction. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is characterized in that tubes connected to a tank are arranged in a plurality of lines with respect to an airflow direction; guide plates having comb-like positioning slits for inserting the tubes into tube plates of the tank are provided; the tubes are positioned by inserting the tubes into the comb-like slits of the guide plates, and thereafter the tubes are inserted into the tube plates; and, in this assembly state, at least a tank upper plate, the tube plates, guide plates, tubes, and outer fins interlaid between the tubes are integrally brazed.
