<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure of an outboard motor allowing locating on an upper end position of a grommet for holding and sealing cables rather than a lower end edge of an engine cover constituting an upper half part of an engine room and disposing of the cables introduced in the engine room on an upper side. <P>SOLUTION: In this cover structure, the position of the grommet 42 is provided at the outside of the range just under a mating face A of the engine cover and a lower cover 35 in plane view, a pressing cover body 38 for pressing an upper side of the grommet 42 is swollen upward, and a lower part side of the cover body 38 is formed into a downward recessed part fitted to an external shape of the grommet 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
