PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-circuit grounding tool which provides the side of the short-circuit grounding tool with an interlock without installing the interlock on the switch side, and in which grounding can be provided safely and surely at every one phase. SOLUTION: On the rear face of a plate body having a linear lower end edge, a grounding tool mounting plate 2 is installed in which driving shaft insertion parts put on the outer peripheries of a driving shaft of the operation parts 33 of the switch A are made to be projected and installed to install the grounding tool main body 1 installed at the lower end edge of the grounding tool mounting plate 2. The grounding tool main body 1 is consisting of a ground bus-bar, a ground cable 11, and connection terminal plates 14. When the cable connected to the switch A is short-circuited and grounded, the grounding tool mounting plate 2 is covered on the operation parts 33 at the time of turning-off state of the switch A, and when the driving shaft insertion parts of the grounding tool mounting plate 2 are fitted to the driving shafts of the switch A, the lower end edge of the grounding tool mounting plate 2 is in the horizontal state, the grounding tool main body 1 is mounted on the grounding tool mounting plate 2, and respective connection terminal plates 14 of the grounding tool main body 1 are connected to the respective T type cable terminal parts 36.
