PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of such a situation that an endless belt comes in contact with a member such as a casing. SOLUTION: The metal casing 31 is provided inside a conveying belt 16. Four transfer rollers 19 are freely rotatably held in the casing 31. A cleaner 27 for cleaning the conveying belt 16 is provided downstream side from a driving roller 17B. A regulating member 32 is provided in the casing 31 so as to be positioned just behind downstream from the cleaner 27. A clearance between the conveying belt 16 and the casing 31 is made the smallest near the cleaner 27 and, even when the conveying belt 16 flutters or vibrates during the circulating movement thereof, the conveying belt 16 can be pressed by the regulating member 32, consequently contact with the casing 31 is avoided.
