PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely perform jam processing of a heating nip section with a simple constitution without entailing a cost increase. SOLUTION: Movable sections (pressure release levers 31a, 31b) which release the pressure contact state of the heating nip section N by a pressurization spring 36 are respectively disposed nearer an upstream side and downstream side of the sheet conveyance direction than the heating nip section N.
