PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform radiographic and fluoroscopic x-ray operation by operating a foot switch easily and certainly while an operator keeps his eyes on a display monitor. SOLUTION: An x-ray tube device for applying x-rays to a subject on a medical examination bed is supported on one side of both ends of a holder, and an x-ray image receiver for receiving x-rays transmitted through the subject is supported on the other side. A plurality of display monitors 8 are supported on a ceiling by a support device. A fluoroscopic switch, a photographing switch and a foot switch for releasing a brake BL are provided on the floor near the place for installing the lower support part of the medical examination bed. In a place above three foot switches, the support part is provided with a camera 13 for detecting the relative position to the operator's foot, and the relative position between the respective pictures 10A, 11A, 12A of three foot switches photographed by the camera 13 and the operator's foot F are displayed on the same image plane as the fluoroscopic image or photographic image of a subject on one display monitor 8.
