PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise load controller which can easily change the form of a load to be given to an operation handle, enables a user to perform a plurality of kinds of exercises for different purposes by one kind of controller and achieves space-saving of the installation place thereof and reduction in the introduction cost thereof. SOLUTION: When a selector 26 selects one signal from a plurality of detection signals and calculation signals detected or calculated by detection parts 21 and 23 and calculation parts 24 and 29 as a selection signal, a control part 10 controls a motor 9 so as to give the loads of forms different from each other to a shaft 4 on the basis of the signal selected by the selector 26.
