PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leashing device of pets, which easily leashes a pet when one is away from home. SOLUTION: A fixation base 2 is connected to a pole 1 and a leashing ring 4 is connected and fixed to the upper part of the pole 1 by steel rods 11. An ellipse is bored through a place obtained by slantingly processing the top of the pole so that a victor shaped dog chain is held. A groove in which a chain part is dropped and a leashing slit 8 are processed. A small hole is made at the edge of the leashing slit 8.
