PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately measuring the elasticity and viscosity of a measurement object strong in elastic scattering, and applicable to diagnosis of a living body (in vivo). SOLUTION: Excitation light 101 emitted from an excitation laser light source 10 is focused on a part 302 to be measured; scattered light 102 generated at the part 302 is captured by moving the focusing position, transmitted through a plurality of etalons 401a and 401b arranged on an optical path and an optical isolator 405 arranged on the optical path between the etalons by adjusting its expansion angle, and thereafter focused on a CCD line sensor 403; a light spectrum of the scattered light is analyzed from a light intensity distribution measured there to calculate a Brillouin frequency shift and a Brillouin line width; the calculated values are converted to luminance; and it is displayed on a display 50 as a three-dimensional image by relating it to the focusing position (the position of the part 302).
