PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active differential gear apparatus capable of preventing interference between driving torque and turning torque, and exhibiting excellent turning efficiency. SOLUTION: A first carrier 22 is connected to integrally rotate with a second carrier 26. A first outer gear 20 is fixed on a vehicle body 1. Rotation equivalent to rotation input to a differential gear 6 is input to a first sun gear 19. Turning operation force from a turning motor 16 is input to a second outer gear 24.
