PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrity evaluation device for heat insulating coating applied on a present gas turbine or the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a bore scope tube 11 provided with an optical fiber transmitting irradiation light and a lens relay transmitting images, a fluorescence excitation visible laser generation device 21, a tunable filter 32, a two dimensional CCD camera 31 and an arithmetic unit 41. A fluorescence excitation visible laser is irradiated to an object from a tip of the bore scope tube 11. Fluorescence emitted from the object is detected by the two dimensional CCD camera 31 through the lens relay via the tunable filter 32. A peak of fluorescence spectrum is detected by the arithmetic unit 41 based on camera output and transmitted light frequency of the tunable filter and existence of detachment is determined by using a relation between peak wavelength transition and internal stress.
