PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire structure for use in a fender or the like using old tires. SOLUTION: In this tire structure, old tires are stacked so that respective sides thereof are in contact with one another, and fixed by providing a fixing plate so as to grasp the respective beads of the adjacent tires. A tire cylindrical reinforcement is provided in a cylindrical hollow of a tire cylindrical body, a cushioning material is provided in the tire cylindrical reinforcement, and stopper tires composed of a plurality of tires are provided at both ends of the tire cylindrical body, and fastened and fixed by a connecting tool extending through the cushioning material.
