PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a floor system or a cover work plate which can introduce prestress easily and safely, and which can achieve labor savings in execution and cost reductions in order to manufacture the floor system or the cover work plate which can improve strength and which is also excellent in resistance to corrosion. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the floor system or the cover work plate, a plurality of square steel pipes 1 are placed in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. Then an opening 6 is made on the side 5 of the square steel pipe 5, and one or a plurality of sticks, such as reinforcing iron bars or steel bars, are inserted to the opening 6. A time-dependent hardening material such as concrete is filled into the square steel pipe, thus integration is performed. Both ends of the sticks are fixed to the side of the square steel pipe while exerting a pulling force on one or a plurality of sticks inserted to the square steel pipe.
