PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asbestos waste recovery plastic bag reducing the bulk of the waste recovery plastic bag after the asbestos waste is charged, avoiding damage at collection, storage, transportation, disposal or the like of the plastic bag, reducing transportation cost and disposal cost and further preventing scattering of asbestos in the plastic bag by air-tightly closing the plastic bag. SOLUTION: An openable/closable chuck-like or fastener-like sealing member for air-tightly closing an opening of the plastic bag is provided.
