PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form functionally, with good processability, gas-tightly and liquid-tightly a lining by using a membrane body on the surroundings of the inner wall face and penetrating members such as piping of a concrete-made storing tank. SOLUTION: A bottom wall inner face membrane body and a side wall inner face membrane body are integrally manufactured into a bottomed cylindrical membrane body in a factory, and a ceiling wall inner face membrane body and the side wall inner face membrane body are integrally manufactured into a ceiling face cylindrical membrane body in the factory. After the ceiling face cylindrical membrane body is fixed on the ceiling wall, its lower end edge part is extended downward along the side wall inner wall face from the ceiling wall corner part. After the bottomed cylindrical membrane body is fixed on from the bottom wall to the side wall, its upper end edge part is overlapped, and these overlapped both end edge parts are brought into tight contact with each other and fixed through anchor bolts planted at appropriate positions on the side wall face to form a waterproof lining on the inner wall face of the concrete-made storing tank.
