A method for managing the fraud use of a mobile communication terminal is provided to integrally examine and manage the fraud use of the mobile terminal through various effective schemes. A mobile speed between continuous voice communication or continuous data communication of terminals is calculated based on call records. The mobile speed is compared with a threshold speed so as to determine if movement is normal. It is determined if the terminal is illegally used based on the determination result. Service information of each terminal is compared with real capability information of each terminal stored in a service provider. It is determined if the terminal is illegally used by using the comparison result. |
