A connector is provided to use a space on a board effectively and facilitate the impedance matching between upper and lower contacts by constituting the connector to be adaptable to a card-type electronic device. The first connector unit(1) is mounted on a board to connect one of two card-type electronic devices(7,8), which are opposed to each other with a predetermined gap therebetween, to the board electrically. The second connector unit(2) is mounted on the board to connect the other of the two card-type electronic devices to the board. The first connector unit(1) includes first contacts(12) for connecting the first terminal part, which is disposed at a front end of the one card-type electronic device, to the board electrically, and the first housing(11) for holding the first contacts and supporting the first terminal part. The second connector unit(2) includes second contacts(23) for connecting the second terminal part, which is disposed at a front end of the other card-type electronic device, to the board electrically, and the second housing(21) for holding the second contacts(23) and supporting the second terminal part.
