A switch assembly and a combination switch device having the same are provided to reduce the number of components by employing a seesaw switch construction of simple structure. A seesaw switch slider(200) is slidably disposed on a body(130) of a switching housing(100). A switch printed circuit board(300) is mounted on the body and has a contact coming in contact with a movable contact of the seesaw switch slider. A seesaw switch knob(400) has a body, an extension extending from the body and connected to the slider at one end thereof, and a bent portion. A seesaw switch resilient unit has a bent contact member abutting against the body of the switch housing and a bent resilient member applying a resilient force to the bent contact member.
