A tool holder is provided to improve cooling performance by smoothly introducing a cutting lubricant to a processing hole of a workpiece. A tool holder(1) has a main body(10) with one end mounted on a main spindle and the other end equipped with a tool(35) for machining a workpiece(5). The main body has a plurality of blades(50) for blowing air in a downward direction to introduce a cutting lubricant toward a processing part of the workpiece and cool the tool and the cutting lubricant. The blades are formed beneath a flange(40) which is projected from an outer surface of the main body in a radial direction.
