<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish sausage molding device surely, sanitarily and stably attaching paste raw material to a stick without causing unevenness in product weight and product quality to mold fish sausage. <P>SOLUTION: The fish sausage molding device is provided with a molding cylinder 2 facing a stick 1 on the same axis, wherein the inner part of the molding cylinder is formed as a paste charging chamber 20, the molding cylinder covers the stick, the paste raw material is charged in the paste charging chamber while closing the tip end opening and the base end opening of the molding cylinder so as to apply the paste raw material around the stick, and the molding cylinder is pulled back while leaving the paste raw material attached around the stick so that a fish sausage T is formed on the stick. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
