<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously enable speed accelerating drive and pressure intensifying drive for a long period of time without substantially enlarging a unit. <P>SOLUTION: An accelerator 52 intervenes between a hydraulic pump 50 and hydraulic actuators 40A, 40B. In this accelerator 52, pistons 62A, 62B in cylinders 60A, 60B mutually standing side by side in their axial direction are connected to each other by a connecting rod 68, the discharge oil of the hydraulic pump 50 is alternately supplied to the insides of the inside chambers 64A, 64B of the respective cylinders 60A, 60B, the pistons 62A, 62B continuously reciprocate thereby, and oil pushed out from the outside chambers 66A, 66B at that time is supplied to the hydraulic actuators 40A, 40B.
