摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-definition screen display despite of using a VDP (Video Display Processor) with inappropriate processing capacity in a game machine having an LCD 16 having many pixels. <P>SOLUTION: CPU determines the content of a screen according to a game state for displaying an image on the LCD 16 of this game machine. The CPU divides the display area of the LCD 16 into two parts of an upper image and a lower image, and at first, commands the drawing of the upper image to the VDP. The VDP develops the upper picture into a bit map (a canvas CV2), and stores display data in a frame memory (a state FM1). Nextly, the CPU commands the drawing of the lower image to the VDP. The VDP develops the lower image into a bit map (a canvas CV3) and stores the display data in the frame memory (the state FM2). At a time when completing the display data of the upper image and the lower image, this game machine outputs the display data to the LCD 16 to display the image without any decline of the resolution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
