PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for ensuring security in the operation of the processor by operating a remote controller, etc., after confirming the existence of a portable telephone, etc., in a communicable range. SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a storage part for storing the identifier of the portable apparatus; a communication part for detecting the portable apparatus with the identifier stored in the storage part by radio communication; an operating part for inputting operating information; and a control part for inputting the operating information of the operation part when the communication part detects the portable apparatus, and then, performing information processing according to the operating information.
