PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear cargo compartment structure of a vehicle for improving easiness-to-use of a cargo compartment, by forming the flat and wide cargo compartment, by eliminating a step height between a fallen-down seat back reverse surface and a floor panel, when moving a cargo compartment board in the upward direction, while improving operability, by performing operation of the cargo compartment board and folding-up operation of a seat back by a series of operation. SOLUTION: A seat 33 is formed so that a folding-up state can be formed by enabling the seat back 33B to perform falling-down operation on a seat cushion 33C. The cargo compartment board 36 movably supported in the vertical direction, is arranged in the cargo compartment in the rear of the seat.
