METAL PLATE REINFORCING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate reinforcing structure capable of suppressing a failure of a metal plate formed with a design surface of a vehicle caused by moisture in a suppressed state of distortion of the metal plate. SOLUTION: This metal plate reinforcing structure is provided with the metal plate 11 having the design surface 11a of the vehicle and a reinforcing layer 12 formed by applying a reinforcing material. In the reinforcing material, thermosetting resin is made as a base material. A protective layer 13 for protecting a rear face 11b of the design surface 11a from moisture is provided on the rear face 11b. The reinforcing layer 12 is provided on the protective layer 13. The reinforcing layer 12 is constituted of a plurality of layers constituted by applying the reinforcing material to be separated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
