Medical capsule (10) having a capsule configuration of size permitting introduction in a body, adapted to be at least partially dissolved over time by remaining within the intestines for a given period of time or more. The medical capsule (10) is composed of interior casing (12) provided at its both ends with outlet apertures (13) and, surrounding the periphery thereof, external casing (14) with approximately uniform thickness. The interior casing (12) and the external casing (14) consist each of a material dissolved in a digestive secretion from the intestines. When the medical capsule (10) remains in the intestines by, for example, entering a narrow portion of the intestines, the wall of the external casing (14) begins to be dissolved. By this dissolution, the internal space of the interior casing (12) communicates through the outlet apertures (13) with the outside of the medical capsule (10). Consequently, infill (15), such as a dye, medicine, etc., of the interior casing (12) flows out into the intestines. |
