A system for providing a VIP membership service is provided to offer VIP customers an integrated high quality service including an electronic payment service, a leisure/hotel reservation service, a medical care service, and a social contribution participation service, and a communication space for the VIP customers by verifying purchase power of the VIP customers of a department store. A DM(Direct Mail) sender(110) sends a membership card application DM for the integrated VIP service including the electronic payment service, the leisure/hotel reservation, the medical care service, and the social contribution participation service to the VIP customers having the verified purchasing power. A membership card issuer(120) issues a membership card to the VIP customer and stores VIP member information including membership card information to a database by a request of the VIP customer. A preamble processor(130) receives an encoded membership card use preamble from a member shop terminal(200), and extracts plaintext information storing membership card usage details by decoding the preamble. A data analyzer(140) generates and stores preference information of each VIP customer to the database by analyzing the plaintext information. |
