<p>A toilet lifting device (1) where a forward tilt of a stationary member is prevented even if a load is applied on a toilet seat unit while it is lifted. A resin cover (3) surrounding a space in which a slider (5) moves has leg-like forward tilt prevention sections (36, 37) extending downward from front face sections of side walls (32, 33). The forward tilt prevention sections (36, 37) extend below a connection section (2), and this makes it possible that, even if a downward load is applied to the toilet seat unit while it is lifted, the load is supported by the forward tilt prevention sections (36, 37). Accordingly, the stationary member (20) does not tilt forward, so that breakage of the connection section between a toilet body (11) and the connection section (2) is avoided.</p> |
