METHOD FOR RECOMMENDING MUSIC ABOUT CHARACTER MESSAGE AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A music recommendation method for a text message and a system thereof are provided to enable a personal communication terminal to select a music file according to similarity of contents between music and a text message so as to recommend the selected music file to a user automatically. Target music files are selected(910). Subjects of the target music files and subjects of text messages are classified, and music files corresponding to the subjects of the text messages are selected from the target music files(920). Moods for the selected music files are classified, and music files whose classified moods are not suitable for the subjects of the text messages are removed from selected music file lists(930). The music files are filtered according to similarity between contents of the music files and contents of the text messages(940).
