FABRICATING METHOD OF PLASTIC SUBSTRATE

A fabrication method of a plastic substrate is provided to coat plastic with an organic layer and perform a heat treatment on plastic to form a flat and even plastic substrate and harden an organic layer. A plastic substrate having directionality and deformability with respect to heat is prepared. An organic layer is applied on the plastic substrate(SS1). A heat treatment is performed on the plastic substrate by applying heat on the plastic substrate coated with the organic layer, and the organic layer is hardened at the same time. The heat treatment of the plastic substrate and the hardening of the organic layer are performed within a temperature range ranging from 200 C to a glass-transition temperature of the plastic substrate.
