LENS, LENS SUPPORTING STRUCTURE, AND OPTICAL PICKUP DEVICE USING THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the peeling of an adhesive by thermal shock in a lens supporting structure where a lens is adhered and fixed.

SOLUTION: The lens supporting structure 40 is equipped with: the lens 1 having an optically effective part 5 optically effective and a fixed part 4 formed on the outer circumferential side of the optically effective part 5; a supporting member 3 arranged on the outer periphery side of the lens 1 and supporting the lens 1; and the adhesive 2 arranged between the lens 1 and the supporting member 3 and fixing the fixed part 4 to the supporting member 3. The fixed part 4 has a plurality of fixed surfaces 13 formed on both sides in an optical axis direction so as to turn to an inner circumferential side and at least partially covered with the adhesive.
