<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber holder that can be miniaturized and easily dealing with a change in wiring within an optical wiring mount, and the optical wiring mount therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber holder 1 is provided with a holder body 3 for holding an optical fiber 5 in an optical fiber inserting section 7, and a support platform 4 for placing the holder body 3.
