<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register a customer member without an information terminal (PC 6, cellular phone 7) or a member not skilled in information terminal operation as a member for receiving discount by point. <P>SOLUTION: A store terminal (card unit 20, station stand terminal 30) is installed at a game parlor. When the customer member inserts a recording medium (first member card 4, second member card 5) into the store terminal, a first registration requirement including first member identification information (member card ID or member ID) read from the recording medium is send to a point management device.
