PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position a regulation member with respect to a developing roller. SOLUTION: A developing device 16 supplying toner to a photoreceptor drum of a color printer is disclosed. The developing device 16 has an opening 16a on a position facing the photoreceptor drum and is provided with: a container main body 78; the developing roller 70; the regulation member 71; and fixation members. The regulation member 71 is disposed along the axial direction of the developing roller 70 and in such a place that the distal end of the regulation member faces the developing roller 70, and regulates the thickness of a toner layer on the developing roller 70. A pair of fixation members are disposed in order to support both end parts of the developing rollers 70 and the regulation member 71 on the container main body 78 and each of the fixation members has a developing roller support part for supporting the end part of the developing roller 70 and a regulation member fixing part for fixing the regulation member 71 to the container main body 78 so as to uniformize an interval with the developing roller.
