PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing implement, more specifically, a foldable fish-catching trap. SOLUTION: The foldable fish-catching trap(1) of box type comprises a floatable metallic upper body(2), a metallic lower body(3), a flexible cable(4) fixing the upper body(2) to the lower body(3), a flexible side net joining the lower body(3) to the upper body(2), frames(6 and 7) functioning to lure fishes and ensuring fishes to be hard to escape through holding a net for fish entrance openings(5), and a bottom(16) formed of a frame and a net, jointly fixed to one of the lower body(3)'s ends and designed to close the opposite end in order to enable caught fishes to be gathered.
