PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic torquer driver whose ripple current greatly varies depending on whether the current is small or large. SOLUTION: A switching module 10 switches a direct current input voltage for output. A magnetic torquer module 20 flows a drive current to a magnetic torquer 21 depending on a supply voltage from the switching module and produces magnetism on the magnetic torquer. A comparison control module 30 detects the drive current in the magnetic torquer module, compares it with a presetting target current value 36, and returns the control signal to the switching module. A regulator 52 in the voltage control module 50 adjusts the supply voltage 53 and outputs the direct current input voltage to the switching module. In addition, the voltage control circuit 51 controls the regulator to decrease the supply voltage in the case of target current value less than a half of the maximum current value or to use the supply voltage as it is in the other case.
