PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an operation range by allowing a first transconductance stage and a feedback transconductance stage to share the same electric current source. SOLUTION: An amplifier includes: an input stage 1 and an output stage 2 arranged in the subsequent stage of the input stage 1 which are serially connected to each other; and a feedback stage 3 for converting output signals Voutp, Voutm from the output stage 2 and feeding-back them from the subsequent stage of the input stage 1 as an input of the output stage 2. The input stage 1 and the feedback stage 3 include the differential pair of NMOS transistors 4, 5, and 15, 16, respectively. The amplifier amplifies input signals Vinp, Vinm inputted from the input stage 1 and outputs them from the output stage 2.
