PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a circuit scale for a device for equalizing a waveform is increased by fitting a huge filter, and the problem wherein a power consumption is increased by operating the huge filter as the general problems of the device for equalizing the waveform. SOLUTION: The device is provided for equalizing the waveform reducing the circuit scale and the power consumption by introducing the low-accuracy filter by using the correlation arithmetic operation of a training signal, which has been used only for computing an initial coefficient in a conventional device for equalizing the waveform, for a filter layout.
