PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module evaluation device, a module evaluation method, a program and a recording medium, capable of reflecting quality control classified by a module, and setting a module quality control value in module quality control. SOLUTION: This device has a data file 13 for calculation; and a processing device 16 for accessing the data file 13 as the need arises, calculating a performance evaluation value by giving a random error individually to an ideal data group, and performing acceptance determination based on a determination reference. The processing device 16 performs acceptance determination by the performance evaluation value different from the whole system by giving a random error to a module system formed by one or more data in the data group, and performs yield calculation by using only accepted data as data for performance evaluation of the whole system.
