PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an air conditioner with greatly reducing drop of fuel consumption efficiency by recovering exhaust gas energy differently from a flon air conditioner system which causes terrestrial environmental problems. SOLUTION: This air cooling system using exhaust gas includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a first turbine, and a first motor generator, and is provided with a turbine power generation system connecting the compressor, the first turbine, the first motor generator via single first shaft, has a branch distributing part of first air to another channel in a first air channel toward the first heat exchanger from the compressor, and is provided with a second heat exchanger for cooling first air distributed to the other channel and a second turbine obtaining cool air for cooling an inside of a transportation means by introducing first air from the second heat exchanger and taking thermal energy from the first air.
