PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve healthiness of a transaction system in pachinko industry. SOLUTION: The system is composed of a game parlor terminal 11 for a game parlor 1, a main office server 41 of an ASP business main office 4 under a gold commission sale contract with a gold trader 5, a wholesaler server 31 of a prize wholesaler 3, and an agent terminal 21 for an ASP business agent 2, so that prizes gained by a customer using a game machine can be exchanged for the customer. When the game parlor terminal 11 counts the number of balls gained by the customer to record gold data as converted into weight of gold in an IC card 13, the main office server 41 sells gold based on the notified gold data to notify the selling, and determines the amount of lent money for the pawn of the gold after transferring the gold data to the main office server, and confirming that the gold data is true when the IC card is brought by the IC card to the agent terminal.
