PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training apparatus enabling a user to easily get on and off to/from a sitting part without putting unreasonable burdens on a body especially with an aged person and a person needing care or the like as a target, as an apparatus for training a leg part. SOLUTION: The training apparatus comprises a sitting seat 32 provided on an apparatus body, a training mechanism part provided on the front part of the sitting seat 32 and provided with a mechanism for making the leg part of the user exercise, a load imparting part for imparting electrically adjusted braking force to the movement of the training mechanism part, and an inclination adjustment part for inclining the front end part of the sitting seat part in a vertical direction.
