PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress enlargement of an on-off device for opening and closing a housing case that has housed a sensor unit. SOLUTION: The housing case 40 has a case main body for housing a plurality of sensor units and the cover attached to the case body, in a freely sliding manner. An SPR measuring instrument has a placing stand on which the housing case 40 is placed and a press plate 132 for pressing the housing case 40 placed on the placing stand. The press plate 132 is constituted so that a press part 132b is brought into contact with the top plate of the cover, to press the cover to a recessed surface 102b and respective ribs 67 and 68 and respective blocks 152 and 153 are mutually locked, to control the movement of the cover in a slide direction to fix the cover at a placing position.
