A film attaching apparatus is provided to prevent a defect such as a crack in a substrate or bubble generation by pressing an LCD panel with evenly distributed pressure by a fluid within a tube. A table(100) places a film and a substrate. A roll(210) presses the film onto the substrate. A roll shaft(220) supports the roll. The roll includes a tube(212) maintaining a shape of the roll, and a fluid injection unit charging the tube with a fluid. The roll shaft includes a drum surrounding the corresponding shaft, and the tube surrounds the drum. The roll is installed so as to reciprocate on the substrate. The table is installed to reciprocate the substrate. The fluid filled in the tube is a gas. The gas is nitrogen. |
