STRUCTURE OF O-RING INSERTING IN A HOLE OF THE PIPE LAYING UNION

An O-ring inserting structure for a pipe laying union is provided to easily separate an O-ring from the union by forming an O-ring separation groove at an end of an adapter. An O-ring inserting structure for a pipe laying union includes a nut(110) fitted and tightened onto a first pipe(140); a union(120) for interconnecting the first pipe and the second pipe by permitting one end thereof to be coupled to a second pipe(150) and the other end thereof to be coupled to the nut; and an O-ring(130) inserted between the nut and the union. The union has one side equipped with an adapter having a first male screw portion to be engaged with a female screw portion of the nut and the other side having a second male screw portion to be engaged with a female screw portion of the second pipe. The union has a nut screw portion formed between the first male screw portion and the second male screw portion. The adapter has an end with an O-ring inserting groove(124) having a shape same as that of the O-ring. The end of the adapter where the O-ring inserting groove is formed, has at least one O-ring separation groove for ease of separation of the O-ring.
